Found a room to stay during my study at UTAR Petaling campus

1 year...

Small, but got another bigger one (if share with other people)
Old, all the houses there are ancient
Harsh condition (for me)
Never live alone in such situation

Key point: every house around that UTAR is very old

No friend at all
Whole new environment for me
Takes quite a long time for me to fit into the environment
Dunno can survive or not

Plus, the landlord quite mata $$$$

My FAQ: any guy interested to study at UTAR?
I desperately in need of a roommate

It's even worse than brainstorming to solve silly Add. Maths. questions
Choosing the RIGHT institute for my tertiery education really splits my brains apart
Selecting the RIGHT course is tougher than squeezing brain juices

Time range of course is my consideration
Financial aid and scholarships are my beloved

5-year study of the same course at 2 different institutes
1 costs me a great bomb but gives me a Master degree
1 separates me from financial worries but can only give me a Honours degree

Who can help me to decide?
